Completed a due diligence exercise for a world-class underground coal asset valued close to $1billion (AUD). Served as part of subject matter expert team tasked with evaluating the asset and providing advice to client. Identified technical risks (geotechnical, geology, mine planning, ventilation etc.) and translated them to financial risks.

Comprehensive geotechnical/mining study for a deep (500m) high stress, multi-seam, longwall mine. The deliverable was a risked based mining strategy implementing stress relief mining methods for widened excavations.
